Do I need to already have a website?

Yes — our makeovers are built to refresh an existing site rather than start from scratch. If you need a brand-new site built from the ground up, reach out and we'll send a custom quote.

What platforms do you work with?

Most builders and hosts — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, and plain HTML sites. Let us know what you're on when you reach out and we'll confirm it's a fit.

How many revisions do I get?

The Refresh includes one round of revisions; the Full Makeover includes two. Small tweaks after that are always welcome — we just ask that bigger scope changes go through a quick follow-up quote.

Do I own the finished site?

Completely. Once it's launched, it's yours — content, design, and all. There's no ongoing fee to keep using it.

What if I don't love the result?

You'll see a preview link before anything goes live, so nothing gets published without your okay. Revisions are included, and we'll keep working with you until it feels right.
